Laura Eames
Business & Development Manager

Laura Eames Director at Prego Services Ltd, brings a progressive, forward thinking approach shaped by experience across leadership in the environmental sustainability, education, public health and economy sectors. She has founded for several businesses spanning sectors such as ecofashion, environmental sustainability and projects to support vulnerable communities.

Laura has extensive experience in project management on climate change projects, public health and mental health, education, alongside leading community consultation for placebased and local economy projects. With a strong focus on community engagement and marketing.

Her professional background includes teaching in special educational needs settings, where she led therapeutic, landbased practices underpinned by The Thrive Approach. This work underpins her longstanding commitment to inspiring a report with the natural world to encourage environmental responsibility, mental health support and the restorative power of nature.

Committed to being at the forefront of positive change, Laura is motivated by learning from diverse and remote communities. She volunteers with All Hands and Hearts, supporting disaster response and recovery projects and deepening her understanding of community led climate resilience in complex and challenging environments.

Previously as an Eco Schools Ambassador, Laura has championed sustainability andenvironmental education at a grassroots level.

Laura is also a yoga teacher in her spare time where she aims to inspire people to utilise their bodies intelligence to stay health and well. Alongside, her professional work, she brings a personal passion for yoga, surfing, growing food,and naturebased practices, consistently integrating these values into work that supports resilient,healthy, and connected communities.

Patch Eames, Prego Services and the Eden Collective

Patrick Eames
Projects & Training Manager

Patch Eames serves as Project Manager at Prego Services, bringing a strong background in education, business development and NGO work. He specialises in supporting vulnerable communities, offering expertise in project management and strategic advisory roles for charities and NGOs both locally and internationally.

Patch’s recent work includes leading disaster recovery initiatives with All Hands And Hearts in Jamaica following Hurricane Melissa, developing agricultural projects in partnership with local leaders and NGOs. He has also contributed to ecological restoration efforts through Prego Services, planting over 4,500 native trees to enhance biodiversity.

His experience extends to designing educational programmes for orphaned children in Nairobi with Solicitude Kenya, and leading sustainable planting projects in the Philippines, integrating environmental stewardship within school curriculums. Patch continues to advise international NGOs, support displaced communities, and act as ambassador to promote key messages and respond swiftly to frontline crises.

Apart from his involvement with NGOs, Patch dedicates his efforts to initiatives addressing education and community issues. He has contributed to projects highlighting how exercise can benefit young people struggling with low mood and depression, examined mental health support throughout local communities, explored ways to include vulnerable adults in the construction industry, and promoted edtech for special educational needs teaching.

Patch has provided international advice on special educational needs programs and helped strengthen local authority support systems for at-risk youth. More recently, his focus has shifted towards helping elderly individuals live with dignity and compassion by introducing companionship models.

Other current projects are International teaching and training.
